The rooms were clean. Self check in and check out worked just fine. Booked this place with 3 other Americans and had no problems. Foreigner friendly and it’s only a couple minute walk from Hakata station. The rooms were clean and the beds were larger than even the photos made them look. There’s also a 7-11 just down the street where you can get late night munchies and the best atm rates in Japan. Just bring your passport as even with self check in it’s still required. Overall, a great experience.

The flat is in good condition and suitable for families with kids.

The room is very comfortable and suitable for a family vacation.
They helped me find the phone charging cable and adapter that I forgot to take with me. Very reliable.
