The property was clean, well-appointed and the staff were professional, helpful and lovely. The breakfasts were great and the coffee superb! Location was also close to all our usual haunts and our favoroite beach bar.
The only down-side was that the swimming pool and the adjacent sun lounges were in shade all day (this was in early to mid-July), so it was not conducive to swimming or lounging around the pool.

Lovely modern very clean hotel, with comfortable bed and pillows, and smart tv. Room service is very prompt in coming. Staff are very friendly, and helpful.
The pool is long and not very deep, (120cm) but great for cooling off.
There was a little noise from the adjoining building site but nothing that bothered us, It did start the piling noice at 7am. At this stage not a problem as only a few bangs very 10 or so minutes. This will change as the building progresses.
I would definate return to stay at the Ossetel Hotel Legian.
