Everything was great except the AC in our room did not work and in the middle of summer, that is truly a problem! It was not able to be fixed so we had a very very hot stay.

Check in- I was told the room was getting cleaned and every time I asked for an update it was still the same. Hrs passed then I was told the ppl in the room had late check out and room is just getting cleaned now. Wasn’t too impressed.
Room Cleanliness- overall yes but one comment I want to make is you would expect when rooms are being flipped the beds are entirely moved unfortunately not the case because I had to move the mattress once to look for my phone charger and found a used ear plug. That definitely needs attention for future guests.
Valet staff were great!
Pool and restaurant staff were very friendly as well.
During my stay I bonded more with front desk staff and they assisted me in various things having been a solo traveller :)
Overall great location and vibes would stay here again.
