Staff are super helpful and friendly. Not perfect English but they are good enough to answer most of your questions. Breakfast is free, not much selection but they are fresh and keep your stomach full before heading out. This hotel is locate between Fushimi and Sakae, it is a relatively quieter neighborhood, away from morning rush. There are many 7-11 nearby within 2 munutes walking distance.

The room was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the cafe space with free drinks and books.

The library was amazing with lots of books and refreshing drinks! The breakfast was great!

The fact that breakfast is included was great. It's basic stuff. Cereal, runny eggs, some sausage, fruit and rice but it's enough to get you going.
I paid a super premium for this property because of the F1 weekend. This would otherwise be 1/3 the price on a non Grand Prix weekend
