Cliff House was a great stay for one night. The staff were very helpful. We stayed in a ground floor room opposite the carpark which was not the best in terms of view but OK for one night (given accessibility was more important). The room was clean and nicely decorated, it had a slightly musty smell perhaps because it was on the floor next to kitchens etc but overall fine. The fan was going in the room as we arrived and was definitely welcomed in this heat.
The building is older so it was slightly noisy at night with people staying above us walking up and down at 2/3am and then again at 5am! Which woke us up. That is the only grumble we would have.
Hotel is joined to the bar which was ok. It was not invasive as I had originally feared. Beautiful spot over all and a lovely place to be - staff were wonderful.

Very nice hotel in a lovely location, everyone of the staff were so helpful and friendly, lovely cooked breakfast, very nice room with nice furniture and well decorated.
They were so popular that parking was a bit difficult at times but that was a only a minor problem.

We cant speak any more highly of the amazing staff at this place! The best stay we have had in a while, and will be returning! The views! The food! The cleanliness! The atmosphere! The whole lot was just amazing! But mostly the staff! They really do make the place what it is! Hands down the biggest 10/10 🙌
