Staff were accommodating and friendly. Replied fast and was clear with instructions. Room was clean. There is a washing machine / dryer and water dispenser on the first floor if needed. Close to kyoto station 10mins walk. Will definitely come back again.

Basic, but clean and quiet room… good for a couple of days stay.

Location to Kyoto station is good!
The hotel is very basic and is clean. If your plan is to be out most of day and have place to sleep this hotel is good.
