Absolutely beautiful facility. Several villas that any American would proudly call home. Stunning views over the jungle and ocean. Fantastic infinity pool with perfect water temperature. Conveniently located just outside central Montezuma.
The only reason for the one star reduction was the extreme heat and bugs inside Villa #2. At check in, the villa was well over 95°F with doors and windows closed and no AC running. Opening everything only made it hotter. The cement construction trapped heat like a pizza oven. Even the floors were warm. With no window screens, opening the villa invited nonstop insects. The powerful ceiling fan helped, but blowing 90°+ air felt like standing behind a jet engine.
I planned to work remotely from the living room overlooking the jungle, but the heat and insects made the space unusable, even at night.
The bedroom AC was excellent and kept sleeping conditions Arctic cold and comfortable.
To the owners: this is one of the most beautiful properties in Costa Rica. Please install AC throughout the villas or at minimum add window screens.

Beautiful villas with the most beautiful view. The pool is magical, the patio areas the perfect place to look out on the ocean. The villas themselves are large and comfortable. Kitchens had everything we needed to make a meal. Highly recommend.
