We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Our room was absolutely stunning, and the property itself is beautiful. Housekeeping was exceptional, servicing our room twice a day and keeping everything immaculate.
The staff were incredibly warm and friendly throughout our stay. Before we even arrived, the concierge went above and beyond by helping us arrange a Champagne wine tasting, which made planning our trip so much easier.
Our overall experience was exceptional, and I would absolutely stay here again. My only caution is to be mindful of room location. Our room overlooked the street facing event space, and on Saturday evening there appeared to be a wedding or celebration that was quite loud. If you’re a light sleeper or prefer a quieter room, I’d recommend requesting one away from the event area.
Other than that, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

My stay there was fantastic. The location is perfect, and the facilities are modern and well-equipped. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made my stay even more comfortable. A great experience overall!

The hotel is very beautiful but the room we had with the terrace on the 4th floor is extremely creaky. The wooden floors definitely need updating especially for a 5 star hotel. If the rooms could be updated that would make it 5 stars. The bathroom was clean and modern and the breakfast buffet was decent.

Our third stay here and had a lovely terrace room this time. Always feels like classic Paris!
