Lovely property in a great location in central Kyoto. Very close to shopping area and walkable to Gion. Subway entrance right around the corner. Room was a good size and amenities were plentiful.
There were only 2 washing machines available which was difficult to find a time when they weren't in use.
We also had an issue with ta-q-bin luggage forwarding from there. One member of staff told us we could forward our suitcases from the front desk. Later that day a different member of staff refused as they could not send them to an airport, only a hotel. Unfortunately by this time the local roads and all nearby luggage forwarding facilities were closed for a festival and left us struggling on foot to find somewhere that would take them.

Nice and quiet location, but very close to trains and Nishiki market. Front desk super helpful. We were even able to borrow a shoe dryer after some shoes were soaked. Stayed in the adjoining rooms so lots of room for 4.

In love with the property and Kyoto! Booking the same hotel whenever I get a chance to re-visit.

Extremely comfortable bed, amazing free toiletries available on the desk, very helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Bathroom is small but all you need for one person, with great shower. Room had no view but not complaining. Also some marks and dirt on walls but nothing major.
