I travel a lot for work and have stayed at many different hotels, so I’m used to different styles and concepts. However, having a completely unstaffed hotel where everything depends on your phone simply doesn’t work for me. Your phone is your key to enter both the hotel and your room, which means you need to make sure it is always charged and connected. During our stay, one guest left his room without his phone and, of course, couldn’t get back in. It took quite some time before he finally managed to access his room again. I also find the whole experience very impersonal when there are no staff on site. To me, it feels more like a place to store people overnight than a hotel. Not something I would book again.

We had a great deck area to sit outside. Laundry facilities on sight were included. The layout of the room was a bit awkward. The location was close to the metro so getting around was easy.

The room was much bigger than we thought it would be. It was a lovely stay, convenient with a kitchenette (pots, pans, crockery, cutlery mini fridge, kettle, and stove available but no microwave) and a perfect shower. It's accessible for wheelchair access. A nice, quiet and private area. Would definitely recommend!

Cleanliness is the most important part of a hotel stay. I thought everything was sufficiently clean. The location is perfect. In the suburbs but 20 min metro from the city. The foyer and common areas are clean and intuitive. Luggage room for when you're there outside of your check in time. Outlets, seats, wifi. Everything you need. Especially because wifi is needed to access your room. Will absolutely stay at these properties again.
