Loved our recent stay at newsroom suites. The staff were so helpful, the space was cozy and clean, we rented bikes next door and had a fabulous day cycling the Millenium Trail and exploring the wineries and fun stops around Wellington and Hillier. It’s our second stay and we will be back in the future! Thanks Newsroom

Our stay was just perfect! We stayed at the garden suite and it was absolutely beautiful, very clean, the location was perfect and everyone down to the housekeeping staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We already cant wait to be back next summer

The place was clean and cozy. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The new garden section is well done and beautiful 😍 I loved everything about this place and the town. I recommend!

Although it was a bit expensive over Thanksgiving weekend, we enjoyed the spacious, clean, and cozy accommodation. The building is old, so the floors creak and are not quite level, but the property is well maintained. The staff were friendly, and it was convenient to rent bikes directly from the hotel.
We rode about 10 km along the left side of the Millennium Trail, away from the construction area, before turning back. Perhaps we chose the wrong section, but we had expected a scenic trail with places to stop, rest, and enjoy the views. Instead, most of the route was enclosed by trees on both sides, with little to see along the way. This was a bit disappointing.
If you're looking for a place to stay in a quite little town and enjoy PEC, this hotel would be a good place.
