Great location, friendly staff.

The hotel was lovely, in an ideal location close to the Old Town (about a 10 min walk) and the main La Concha beach. Rooms were lovely and clean, with great air-conditioning, which was ideal for the heatwave! You can even borrow towels for the beach, you just need to leave a deposit at the front desk, which is fab if you're packing light! The only negative we have to say is the bed was really uncomfortable and definitely needs an upgrade - bedsprings we're digging into us whilst we slept!! Otherwise, the rest of the stay was perfect - shower was lovely and spacious with great water pressure and the staff on the front desk were sooo kind and helpful throughout. They couldn't do enough for you which was so nice!

Lovely hotel in Central Donostia, just right behind the Catedral. The building is the typical Donostia's Belle Epoque but the room insight was very modern and stylish. Great spot for two days! Highly recommend.
