We really enjoyed our time in our villa. We appreciated being able to relax on our patio to watch the waves and enjoyed viewing the stars at night.
The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants at the hotel, especially the Japanese food on the Thursday night of our stay.
We will definitely return to Grapetree Bay!

I really appreciated the warm welcome from Juli and Digna. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their kindness and willingness to help made us feel right at home.
The room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely porch overlooking the ocean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping everything spotless, and they were just as helpful and friendly as Juli and Digna.
The only downside was the potholes in the driveway, which made driving in and out a little difficult. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Croix.

So one thing to remember here is that the property was built in the 60’s and sat for quite a while but with that said the rooms were immaculate…. Some of the resort does needs some updating like the pool which has a liner and sometimes it feels like you are walking on a sponge, but it was clean and well kept.
We were a little surprised as the marketing made it seem as though it was a much bigger property than it is. They do serve three different types of food from the same kitchen. The food was excellent from all perspectives and the serving staff was so attentive and concerned that we were happy with the service.
Another little issue we were presented with is that the power was being repaired as the facility is fully sustainable but the power went out a couple of times and we had to ask what was happening. It would have been nice if we were notified about the issues prior to arrival.
I’m sure they are working to get it back to normal. They are working hard to get the property in order and you have to remember this resort is right on the water and the peace and serenity are quite admirable and we wouldn’t have changed that for anything.
Julie was amazing and offered some complimentary things due to the power outages which we were very appreciative of that. She is caring, compassionate and really concerned about your stay and is quite the conversationalist. We enjoyed our conversation together.
The entertainment was top notch..!

We spent 2 nights here. The views were great, the pool was clean, and the food/bar had decent food and great service. It is a bit far from the airport and downtown compared to other options.
