The hotel staff was very accommodating.
Early check in was very helpful from a long 3 hrs drive.
One particular staff named Kyle
Was always there to help
He provided us ice water when we were sitting down in the al fresco area.
The following day
We were at the pool area he brought us pool
towel without asking for. He was always one step ahead. Making our stay memorable.
We all decided we will book again on our next vacation at NUUK Hotel due to their friendly , accommodating and helpful staff.
