HORRIBLY slow. Very ugly elevator
The staff only knows how to say, we can't or don't have or don't know
Our air-conditioning didn't work, they made us move. Without help. Then that one didn't work either and it was smaller than the room I had paid for and by the 4th day when we were leaving, still no one apologized for our inconvenience
