It was a great stay there! Very convenient, very clean, generally quiet (being in a busy district of Seoul), lots of shops around, and helpful staff. Two notes for planners: 1) cautious for toddles as the room has some beautiful but “stoney“ corners, you may need extra attention on the active little ones, 2) not sure if this is typical for Korean kitchens? It’s fully equipped for cooking but you need to buy your own paper towel as kitchen towel is not provided. Other than these, it’s 5 stars and highly recommended.

The room was exactly as described in the pictures, very modern with traditional Korean touches, which I really appreciated as a first timer to Seoul. We had a private level with elevator access, heated floors, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating, and when we had a few questions about navigating through the city, food recommendations and how to use certain amenities in the room that us Americans don't usually have in the US.
Super thankful and appreciative of the staff!

Lovely room that's spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat around. My only complaint would be the street noise on the weekend. Not too bad if you sleep late.

Great little area to stay. Close to city hall subway station.
Has lots of restaurants downstairs.
Family suite had enough space for 4 of us, staying with 2 kids.
