The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The room was very clean. The restaurant associate was very accommodating and staff was very polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

What we liked - The restaurant food was good. The Pizza was enormous and pretty darn good we thought. Local draft beers were decent and cold. Staff was friendly and courteous. We had a blast at the bowling alley. Something we hadn't done in a while. The pool was nice and reasonably warm for swimming.
Seeing as it was the middle of summer, I think more could have been done out back with the patios. More tables and chairs could have been provided. Especially over by the pool. There was nothing out back there. Perhaps even bar service could be provided.
Overall we had a good time.

It is a very nice hotel, close to shopping and Santa's Village. Our room was large and fully renovated. It was on the second floor so we had to haul our stuff up as there are no elevators.
The Staff is very friendly, and kind to children. There is coffee and tea 24hours in the lobby.
The pool is nice and warm. But again be prepared to walk down several flights of stairs to get to it.
From the pool is a view of the river and a deck you can choose to sit outside or in the pool area.
The only Amenitie that needs work is the hot tub. There are no jets. It is just standing water. And it could have been a little bit cleaner.
