Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. However, one of the two elevators was out of service, which caused long lines and made it time-consuming to go both up and down. It also took nearly two days to repair, which was definitely a downside.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink was also very low, so washing my face took longer than usual. In addition, there is a fire station directly across the street, and it can be very noisy during the night. Car horns can also be heard late at night, so this may not be the best choice for light sleepers or anyone who is sensitive to noise.
Other than these issues, everything else was excellent, and we were very happy with our stay.

The room was very clean, along with the amenities, (refrigerator). The Breakfast was excellent. The variety of Breakfast items and dining room layout was awesome. I really enjoyed the stay. This is my fourth time staying at the Hyatt Place location,(Las Vegas, Seattle Washington, Nashville, Tn,)and now Chicago. Just wonderful.
