There is air conditioning but does not cool the room enough and no ice machine. The room was cleaned daily which is really good. If needing to check-in early, hotel needs to be informed in advance; otherwise, hotel will not accommodate the request per my experience.

The property was an old cinema before becoming a hotel. It is very quirky and the cinema room on floor 1 for guests is a nice incentive. Overall the position of the hotel is excellent right in the centre of Zurich. Shops restaurants Old Town are all 5 mins away. The only negative of the hotel is the breakfast they need to change the menu daily as the same offering is served everyday which can become boring to eat.

Ruby Mimi was a perfect hotel for us. We were able to stay right next to the train station and easy walking around. The hotel was clean, with lots of amenities. I would recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.

This hotel was so well located to Old Town , the train station, and of course the shopping. Minutes to everything. And a supermarket across the road. Hotel was quirky but nice. Room was quite large which was a welcome surprise coming off a river cruise. The only thing I didn't like was the room had no bar fridge. It was inconvenient bit workable. Definitely worth a look!
