It is located in the city center, which is very convenient for those who come to explore the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They assisted us a lot with transfers and tour arrangements.

We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and uniquely designed.When they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a cake and flowers. Thank you so much for this wonderful gesture! 🎉🎂

I stayed at this hotel and was very satisfied. For a three-star hotel, the level is truly достойный. A nice bonus is that breakfast is included in the price, which is definitely a big plus.
The rooms are very good: everything is high quality, clean, and well-maintained. It’s comfortable and приятно to stay there. You can see that they care about order and treat guests with respect.
I would especially like to mention the reception staff — very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. This kind of service really creates the overall positive impression.
I would gladly come back again.

Deluxe City Hotel is not at all a 5 star impersonal hotel, it is a quite comfort and familiar hotel instead - those that you feel at home and all the staff makes this happen!! Very well located, not far from the Freedom Square and the Caspian see, it is a very good choice for a reasonable priced hotel in Baku with the support of a nice and friendly staff. I'd like to thanks all of them for making special my 10 day stay in Baku.
