When we checked in we ended up paying more than what was expected. There was also a security deposit that we were not made aware of prior to the drive down. We had to put in on our card because we didn’t have enough cash to cover it and it won’t be returned within 7-10 days. The property was not that clean besides the linens in the bedroom. The floor made our feet black, the one shower had no hot water. It was advertised as an air conditioned unit and there was only one working air conditioner in the living room that did not cool the entire unit. There were dead bugs, ants in the kitchen on occasion and the beds were terrible.

The entire apartment has 2 split AC's and the bedrooms were getting too hot. Also the AC's were getting auto switched off in 2 hours making it worst. The bathroom flush was loose, and the fridge was not cleaned from outside. Otherwise, the property location, # of rooms/beads, office staff was good.

Horrible service, the pictures on Expedia look nothing like the room. Room is very dirty!!! Absolutely gross. Smells extremely bad from mold and unsanitary. The fridge is rusty and dirty. Black stains all over the beds. Blood stains. Bugs all over the floors. Extremely bad. I have photos to show this. Very unhappy. No lock on front door .

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We didn't have enough toilet paper or towels. The kitchen appliances were way out dated and stained (very gross). We didn't have anything to wash the dishes with. We found an empty can under one of the chairs. There was a musty smell (assuming from the flood). Check in was very confusing, 2 blocks away. Finding the place wasn't easy at all. Could only park 1 vehicle there, stupid since it has 3 rooms and meant for a group. Ac worked great. Location was good. Everyone still had a great time.

It was a really nice and unique place to stay but windows were broken and didn’t have screens. The tv also did not work.

Very nice place to stay at, will come back again .'.

Ant infestation in the kitchen. We left the property cleaner than we arrived and didn't get security deposit back. No clear communication at all. I called and messaged but the automated responses were not clear. Could be a wonderful property, it is close to the boardwalk and beach, but definitely needs some renovations. We had a wonderful time, just was disappointing for what was originally listed.
