Our taxi driver found the apartment with no issue. Another lady held the door open for us, so we didn't have to use the door phone. But we could easily get into the apartment with the assigned code. Everything was okay, except maybe for the AC in both bedrooms. In the main bedroom the hose was broken, so that the hot air blew back into the room. In the other bedroom, the AC was not very efficient and we never got the temp down to desired levels (we enjoy cool bedrooms). Except for that everything with the apartment was good, and the location was convenient to Piazza Duomo and other areas. There is also a Carrefour express next door, for groceries, and we had a good pizza at Flash restaurant.

Very nice location, close to everything Everything was good but the coache need a update and the furniture at the toilet needed an update since the furniture was broken but overall good place

We had a truly wonderful stay at Heart Milan Apartments and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, extremely clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It was clear that a great deal of thought had gone into every small detail, from the organization of the apartment to the clear and helpful instructions. The location was also excellent and made our stay in Milan especially comfortable and enjoyable. I was recovering from a broken leg during our visit, and the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful regarding accessibility and my difficulty walking. They answered all our questions, made sure the sofa bed was prepared for us, explained the elevator access, helped us arrange private transportation, and assisted us with luggage storage and our airport transfer on the final day. Their professionalism, responsiveness, cleanliness, and outstanding service were evident throughout our entire stay, right up until the moment we left. They genuinely cared about making everything easy and comfortable for us. We enjoyed every moment and would be very happy to stay with them again. I will definitely recommend Heart Milan Apartments to friends, family, and anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, well-located apartment with exceptional service in Milan.
