2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 6 years old).
We stayed in the deluxe family room (takumi), it was very spacious room and the girls loved the bunk beds. The bottom beds were 2 double beds so it was perfect for nights when the girls needed snuggles from mom and dad.
Very clean room and location was great. Staff were very helpful.
We’ll definitely stay here the next time we go to Tokyo.
8 / 10Excellent·Jul 2026
We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and the staff was kind. It is relatively new, clean, and in an excellent location, right across from Ueno Park and just a short walk from Ueno Station and the metro. It is also very convenient for exploring the Ueno area, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby.
The room included a small kitchenette, which was useful for preparing simple meals. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and did not meet our expectations.

Great staff and wonderful location, very easy to navigate the transit system from the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, quiet, and really lovely, with a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The highlight for us was the public bath — it was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a nice view of Ueno Park. It made the whole experience feel peaceful and refreshing.
Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness and a great bath area overlooking the park. We’d happily return.
