Our stay at The Phoenix was absolutely amazing! The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There was always something to do, whether we wanted to explore, relax by the pool, or enjoy the beach.
What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our vacation special. They went above and beyond to help with our every need and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend The Phoenix to anyone visiting Belize. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely fantastic 4 night stay for my 40th birthday at the Phoenix. The service and help from the staff can’t be beat. Fun beach bars and in town restaurants within walking distance. Snorkeling excursions to Hol Chan and Mexico Rocks. I didn’t want to leave !!
