A couple of hours before check-in we were told if online pre check-in was not completed we risked not being allowed to stay, with no link or instruction where the online check-in was. No link was given when requested and this hadn’t been mentioned before. We ended up having to send passport details over WhatsApp. On arrival found the entrance uninviting and dirty. A tiny lift that glitched with the lights going off. The apartment was spacious but not at all in keeping with the design level and quality demonstrated in the listing photos. Tired and worn furniture and decoration. Very hard bed, basic poor quality bedding and only one pillow per person, grubby marks around light switches and on headboards. Dirty and scuffed walls and furniture. Poor views from one bedroom. Tiny kitchen and dining table tiny with only four chairs, not big enough to seat the 5 guests booked for ( room advertised as suitable for 7 people) . The photos in the listing includes many photos of Luxembourg landmarks which cannot be seen from the apartment and don’t reflect the area that the apartment is in so seem misleading also.

Ideal location, very central, next to the tram line which has an incredible transport network. Very clean and very spacious. Street can be noisy starting at 5 am. Internet is choppy.
