INHOSPITABLE! Room was boiling hot upon arrival as the cleaner had left the curtains open and the AC off - outside temperature was 33+ degrees Celsius. This location (apartment) requires a full renovation - the shower is leaky, washing machine and bathroom door both are rusty, the floor is seriously scuffed and the curtains and sofa both were stained. There is no reception and little to no support for guests, even after I was finally able to reach an actual person on the phone. Also, the Numa staff seem to only pick up calls if you select the menu option that you have a security or access issue. Luggage storage was not provided at my location and the Numa app shows that luggage storage is free using their link to Bounce luggage storage locations, but the promo code did not work on their link to Bounce luggage storrage and the staff on chat and email couldn't resolve this either, so anyone booking this location should expect to pay an additional 10+ euros for luggage storage.

The room was not like what was shown online. The floors floors were all scratched. Sofa bed was dirty, toothpaste on walls, main room AC wasn’t working properly, etc.

Lovely spacious apartment with 1 bedroom, sofa bed and well equipped kitchen and small utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer. We were in the lower ground apartment and had a little patio area outside with table and chair. Very close to shops, metro and airport.

Lovely spacious apartment with 1 bedroom, sofa bed and well equipped kitchen and small utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer. We were in the lower ground apartment and had a little patio area outside with table and chair. Very close to shops, metro and airport.

The location of this property was excellent. This is a great neighborhood filled with restaurants, views and museums. It’s close to other sites as well. The apartment is clean, bed comfortable, well equipped kitchen.
