This property is stunning. The views are incredible and the hotel is lovely. The pool is clean, warm but refreshing, and beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were kind and so helpful. They even carried luggage up and down the steps of the property for us. I would absolutely recommend this property!

The property was great. We had beautiful views of the mountains and lake. Breakfast by Alfredo was delicious and he also serve as our valet and helped with our luggage to our car down the stairs. I did not realize how many stairs there were to get to the building. The only thing I disliked was the faucet in the bathroom. It made a mess. It was unique but made it difficult to wash face and brush teeth. Overall it was beautiful. Suzanna was fantastic.

The villa is an amazing find in Limonta outside/but convenient to Bellagio and the lake communities. We drove to Limonta, but the property is easily accessible by public bus from Bellagio. There is also a limited ferry service from Bellagio to Limonta which we took one evening.
The staff were great and very helpful. We ate dinner on the terrace at the hotel overlooking the lake which was a 5* experience by a private chef. Breakfast was also wonderful. Highly recommended!
