Nice room in a great location. Rooftop was really cool. Was great to receive complementary prosecco, snacks, and drinking water. Host was very friendly as well.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The penthouse was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were centrally located and literally minutes to all the attractions but just far enough away to avoid the noise. No need for a water transit pass.
We would have given five stars, but the number of steps to ascend to our room was just a little more than we wanted.
The owner/staff were wonderful, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

We really loved our stay here. Very well located, only a 5-10 minute stroll from the Rialto bridge.
Our room was really nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We especially loved the rooftop terrace, with gorgeous views of Venice and nice comfortable outdoor seating.
The only thing to mention is that the entrance to the hotel had a very steep, tall set of steps to walk up. Maybe I missed that in the hotel description but just something to note if you aren’t fully able. There is a stair lift, but I wasn’t sure how to operate this without staff. But this wouldn’t put me off staying here again in future as we really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!
