Booked for a stay whilst at wimbledon. Could not fault it. Easy free parking, lovely room, beautiful grounds, walkable to Richmond park and an easy uber ride to Wimbledon.

The swimming pool was out of use, which was a shame, but I think we were aware of this at the time of booking

Great, traditional, English property surrounded by green areas. Located in a safe neighborhood, easily accessible by public transit if needed, close to Kingston downtown for restaurants and pubs.
The staff was very helpful, the room was clean, and breakfast was convenient and tasty. I would definitely go back

The room was clean and charming. The grounds were amazingly peaceful and visually stunning!
