The staff was friendly and helpful! The infinity pool and swim up bar were amazing and the beach was beautiful. The only complaint I would have is that the property was a bit run down. My wife and I enjoyed our stay though!

Pros: The room was always clean and towels replaced everyday. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms with sea view and balcony. This was the best decision because the cool breeze from the beach makes up for the heat at night. In addition to the beach view, our room was overlooking the pool which for us was amazing. We didn’t observe any noise from outside despite the location of our room because there was a sliding door that shuts off outside noise. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We didn’t experience any bias or discrimination based on our nationality or the color of our skin. Breakfast was good. The inclusive breakfast consists of coffee, toast, eggs, fruits, glass of juice, yoghurt and granola. This is not a buffet breakfast so expect small servings of different meals with limited options but you can always make express orders for an additional fee. Ismelly (I hope I got the spelling right) was the staff that served us 90% of the time that we were at the restaurant for breakfast and she was very pleasant and respectful. She was so good that my wife wouldn’t let us leave without giving her a tip. Can’t say much about the lunch menu because we only had cheeseburger once and it was so amazing.
Cons: There should be more intercontinental meals for lunch and dinner. They need to work on the AC in the room since it gets very hot in the room at night without outside ventilation.
This was a 10/10 experience for my wife and I, without any major complaints

It was an excellent experience; the staff was very friendly, and the pools and beach were spectacular. But the most wonderful part was the experience with the sea turtles—learning about their entire process and seeing how much the staff cares about the animals. Highly recommended.
