The property is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Erie. We especially enjoyed starting each morning with breakfast on the outdoor patio overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool was very nice and the complimentary pool towels were a thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was very clean, and we appreciated the hotel's option to forgo daily housekeeping in exchange for a $10 voucher to use on the property. It was a great incentive that also supports environmentally friendly practices.

Other than the room being loud from the HVAC equipment right below the window and the tv freezing most of the time, the view was great. Friendly staff and the shoreline bar and grill is fantastic.
