Room was very relaxing even if on the small side. Would have preferred better control on window blinds/curtains. One of the main windows was permanently blocked and detracted from the view.

Had AC but would’ve liked it to be a bit stronger. Otherwise, it was in a good location, staff was friendly, and the bar had an excellent view

I checked in two nights ago and the kind front desk lady was very welcoming and explained everything perfectly. I asked for a high floor and they truly did their best to accommodate me. The cleanliness was 10/10, the room was reaaally well equipped, quite spacious and the bed was really comfy. This was my first time visiting London and I couldn’t have had a more welcoming stay. Special thanks to the gentleman that helped me get my LCO and also recommended to the breakfast. It was outstanding!
I’ll 100% be back very soon.
