I stayed in one of the Grand Studio Suites. It was nice and comfortable because of the size. Location is good having the Supermercado National just a few steps from the hotel lobby. While I was there, much construction was happening in the street along the hotel so noise was excessive beginning early morning but when they finish that should not be a problem. Also, because my room was a corner room I had noise at night until about 2:30 am. If you can tolerate the late night noise, the location was great and I had a view looking down on El Conde. I'd stay there again when construction is done. I was in Room 208 and it was fine except the cords to open and close the curtains could use some maintenance, but the room had LOTS of windows which was nice!!!

I love the location of the hotel and the staff. I have stayed here 2 other times and it was great. I just don't understand why there were roaches this time. Once this is addressed, I will be back 🇩🇴

The air conditioning unit went out for hours and the room was hot.
Also, there was no face towels and very little toilet paper in the room.
