Rooms are a good size, air conditioned and have tea/coffee facilities. Showers work well and the bed was comfortable.
Great location, short walks from the old town, cathedral, railway station and The River Loire.

Excellent room with a view of the Loire, house-keeping were great every day, though the carpet was stained and needed more cleaning than expected of housekeeping. Breakfast was too often a daily disaster, this hotel needs to purchase more forks and more glassware, it was too often usual t9 need to eat Breakfast with a knife and dessert spoon as there were no forks, and to have orange juice in a coffee mug as there was no available glassware.

Helpful staff-so kind. Breakfast was great. Weather was extremely hot (103°), which is not anyone’s fault. The A/C struggled, but at least they have A/C. We were grateful for that.

Really good location although we did find parking an issue but, to be fair, parking in any city isn’t straightforward! Rooms are well laid out, beds and pillows exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast very good although the reception, breakfast area gets quite congested at busy times.
