Room was clean, staff was accommodating as well. Be aware of the staff coming in rooms without knocking first and also major elevator issues and the pictures presented are not what you see when you get there. There is no bodies of water that viewable from the rooms and I was on the 38th floor in which we got stuck a few times due to the elevator issues. Overall, I did receive a credit for the false advertisement however, leadership should step up and re-write some policies so that staff can work more efficiently.

Fantastic hotel. Excellent staff. Enjoyed the stay.
Once the Dominick gets their elevator situation fixed, I will book a stay here again next time I’m in Manhattan.
The pool area could use more space as well.

Though there are very minor issues with an older hotel, the staff and cleanliness far outweigh any minor issues. Truly, the staff were above and beyond incredible!
