A beautiful hotel close enough for a bus ride to Mount Fuji. We really liked the onsen facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help. The onsen was a great experience, and we also appreciated the other amenities the hotel offers.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the dinner. My son has food allergies, and although we paid around $40 for his dinner, the staff couldn’t confirm whether the dishes were safe for him to eat (except the salad) . As a result, he barely ate because we didn’t want to take any chances. Breakfast was a much better experience, and he was able to enjoy a full meal without worrying about his allergies.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay .

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. I especially loved the onsen, and the location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station. Highly recommend!
