We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. It truly checked every box. The property is stunning, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The pool was absolutely idyllic, and the charming swings added a unique touch that made the setting feel even more special.
A perfect blend of authentic Italian charm, comfort, and hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We loved the property grounds and the view of Orvieto. The staff were welcoming and super helpful. During our stay the wifi was not good and hardly accessible, which was frustrating. The posting lists laundry facilities, which we assumed was accessible for guests to use on property, however, it was a service in which we gave our laundry to be cleaned and then ended up paying 25 euros and took over 36 hours to be returned. The pool was amazing and very relaxing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Extra bonus~ Francesca and her family had dogs and a cat.

A delightful small hotel below the old city, with access to a paved pathway that leads up to the historic area. Lovey pool, lovely gardens, quiet and comfortable rooms. A terrific choice when visiting Orvieto...
