The front desk staff genuinely saved my trip — I slept through my alarm and they called my room just in time for me to catch my 8am international flight. That kind of attentiveness is rare and I'm incredibly grateful. Without a doubt, I'll be staying here again. 10/10!

Staff was very nice and let us store our bags while we walked around the city before check-in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

First of all this hotel is super pretty. The front front desk staff was super helpful Ale she was super sweet. My partner got sick while I was there and she referred me to the local pharmacy. She also kept me caffeinated with the Nespresso shots that you can purchase for one euro at the front desk. I will definitely be staying here again.
