Very clean and helpful stay. Only issue is you will receive lot of communication prior to travel and sometimes the regional folks and local folks don’t exactly communicate to each other. They will sort it out eventually.

Excellent hotel and beautiful rooms. Make sure you book dinner as the restaurants get very busy. I couldn't get a reservation and ate a small but enjoyable meal in the Library bar. The only slight negative was not being given a sea view room that I requested. Overall though very impressive and the staff are amazing

Amazing property by the sea in my beloved Chennai. Well-maintained, absolutely professional staff, and great buffet breakfast. I am a frequent traveler here.
