I was greeted when I checked in. We didn't but one night, but everything was nice. No one was at check out when we were leaving. I saw a basket with other room keys cards in it so I just put mine in it and left.

Very clean and nice place. A little pricey but very much worth the extra cost. Could have been elevated pricing due to it was move in weekend at UWRF. Lots of food options close by. Hotel was very well taken care of.
