Guest house is in a building complex on the 2nd floor. Getting there was relatively straightforward however you MUST find parking for your vehicle ahead of time. Do not rely on street parking. We used a wonderful parking garage 2 blocks away and walked to the guest house.
Room is small but comfortable. Bed very comfortable, slept well. Staff were extremely kind and welcoming. One of the better options for our time in Rome. There are several wonderful restaurants within 2 blocks of the location.

Tommaso was very very nice and Rosalena very friendly. The hotel was sparkling. I never been in a a hotel room that clean. Everything was awesome . We have a great stay

Breakfast is not really satisfying because of the very limited food provided, just one serving of croissant and very simple cheese sandwich with yogurt. And just a small cup of coffee or tea and one kind of juice in a very small glass served. There were no fruits or even boiled egg at all. Honestly, we are disappointed although the staff are really nice. Our room is provided with a sink with plates, glasses and cups but no hand soap and paper towels at least to be provided in case we need to wash our hands. Rooms are spacious though.
