Excellent value. Fantastic location. Our room was spacious and clean. Free coffee, water, and croissants each day. Laundry on site.

It was a great stay very close to the JR line which was very convenient. i would say the only thing was bad is that i had a window which i couldn't open, also my Room was directly across the smoking patio which i wish was maybe more sealed as evry time some one would open the door for the smoking patio the smell would run into my door which was not very tight and if your washroom vent is on the air would be sucked in to your room from the hall way.

Great all-around. A minor negative, it's located right beside the elevated train tracks. A bit noisy.
I have an issues with Hotels.com - they offered me an upgrade to a bigger room for $69 total, all-in. I took the bait. Final price increase was $450Cdn. The helpful Hotels agent asked me to produce a screen shot of the $69 offer, so help my inquiry. Who screen shoots every offer lol? She agreed. I kept the drastic price increase as we were arriving in 3 days.
