Communication is strong here. We arrived after staffed hours and were able to enter the premises without issue. Instructions are thorough.
There was a thoughtful arrival gift that we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace and throughout our stay. I found the elevator to be quite charming and enjoyed utilizing it.
The location, building and access are undeniable. You are steps from points of interest, commerce, restaurants and bus stops. A taxi queue is also across the street.
I enjoyed sitting at the window and watching the foot traffic below.
Having A/C during a heat wave was integral. Also, the size of the bathroom felt luxurious by comparison.
My ride to the airport was scheduled in advance, which is a lovely service. I also received a parting gift upon check out.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would again. Grazie!

We stayed at smaller room, felt little tight. But mattress was excellent, bed is decent for 2 people. Staffs are excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Location is excellent, plenty of restaurants around, all great locations are walking distance. Hotel location is at 5th floor, there’s small elevator but do the job nicely for luggages. Overall we have very good experience for one night stay before heading for cruise.
