We loved this hotel. The location was excellent, our room was spacious for a family of three, the pool and saunas were great after hiking and the breakfast was lovely with many options. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you’re looking at this review you likely already know about the amazing location this hotel is in (inc. 2 min walk to a main lift) so I’ll skip that….
This hotel really is incredible, very well maintained, excellent facilities inc. a free sauna, spa and infinity pool over looking the mountains. There’s an online app / link ordering drinks etc. and delivered where ever you select. The staff were truly exceptional, everyone of them genuinely acted like they were pleased you were there and staying with them!
The service was as good as any 5 Star + you would stay in, restaurant offered a good meal and lots of local wines at very reasonable prices!
Could not recommend this place any more highly - just book it, you won’t regret it!!!

What really stood out was the exceptional service. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Every interaction felt genuine, and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect.
From the comfort of the room to the overall attention to detail, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Continental Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and seamless stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely great service. They went above and beyond the ensure we had a great stay, including arranging transportation for us after we missed train and bus transfers due to train cancellation. The stay was great and helped us plan our day to see the most of the area with the time we had. The room was great and the Spa, pool, and other facilities were also excellent.
