The receptionist, Margarida, was incredibly friendly and helpful when she checked us in that morning. After checking in, we left to explore the city. However, when we returned at 4 p.m., there was a discrepancy, and we were given a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the staff on duty quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a new room.
One unfortunate aspect of our stay was that the hotel did not have a working TV. We were informed that they were in the process of changing providers. Additionally, we had to ask for the air conditioning to be adjusted twice, as the receptionist needed to go and turn something on. The rooftop restaurant was unfortunately closed Sunday and Monday, so we couldn't experience that. But on the other hand, the morning breakfast was excellent.
Overall, the hotel had a great location, and the view was wonderful.

Charming, almost quirky place in a fantastic location. If you need everything brand new, this is not your place. But everything was comfortable and worked fine. And the location cannot be beat. Staff was always friendly and very helpful.
