The staff was great. The hotel was wonderful!!
But I wouldn’t book though Expedia. They tried to change my reservation at the last minute and give me a room with a king size bed. I explained to them that I was staying with my 17 year-old grandson and was not going to share a bed, that it was unacceptable. And I booked the room way in advance. Expedia kept calling me several times probably 12 times total. and two times at 12:30 in the morning, after I was in the room and asleep. The person I got from Expedia didn’t speak English well at all and said no it’s OK. You can share the bed. The staff at the hotel, tried communicating with Expedia, Expedia didn’t help at all.. but the hotel staff was wonderful and got me the room I was supposed to get.

The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too.

Staff was polite, checked in with no issues. Room was clean. I would stay here again if in the area.

This hotel is 10 miles from Cincinnati on the KY side. I preferred this location because most activities I planned to do were downtown. The room was clean and the staff were very professional. I did use the fitness center, which was very clean too. If I go to the area again, i will stay there again.
