The staff were amazing. We were allowed in early check-in since our room was ready. The staff, the grounds, the location we're all wonderful. They have an ice machine with a filtered water station right next to it. Which was extremely convenient. The front office was available to help with tours and shuttles. The breakfast was very good for a free breakfast.
Our small room only had 2 outlets, which made charging devices a little challenging. We had a ground level floor and could hear a lot from the rooms above us. Also, the laundry service was very expensive, so we chose to do it elsewhere. They had no pool but you can use the pool at their sister hotel Poco a poco.
