Very helpful staff.
Great location - near the Cathedral of Ourense (I was walking the Camino Sanabrés).
Walking distance from the main train station.

David at the front desk was enormously helpful. He arranged for multiple taxis (and was able to direct a taxi to my location when I got lost!) He's very knowledgeable about the area and clearly wanted to help us explore and enjoy Oursense as much as we possibly could while we were there.
