We were pleasantly surprised to see the bus from Chamonix stop right in front of the hotel. The manager who checked us in was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The price for the breakfast buffet was the most reasonable of our trip, and while we did not have dinner in the restaurant, it did smell good and was busy. There is a market nearby and the main part of town is just a 20 minute walk away, where the official start of the TMB, the Tour du Mont Blanc is.
The staff was accommodating and problem solved well when the coffee machine wasn’t working.
We stayed here near the start and end of our trip.

This property checked all the boxes for a great stay! Nice size room and comfortable bed, quiet, walk-in shower. The hotel restaurant is nice, family friendly, and the food is delicious! It's a family-owned and operated property which has a lot of attention to details. We would stay here again!

Wonderful chalet near the start of the TMB. Cozy, clean rooms, hearty breakfast, great pizza in the restaurant. Highly recommend for a stay in Les Houches.
