To be completely Honest my wife and I were extremely pleased to find the Ballard Sweet Suites. This is the kind of place that deserves a Five Star review. I would love to give a Better review than that, but we are trying to keep this place a Secret.

Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Easy check in and checkout instructions. Would definitely recommend for couples.

Solid stay with great amenities. Very attractive price

Cons: the place was not that clean. The shared space looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in a week. The room also need to be mopped and vacuumed. The pipes under the sink in the kitchenette were broken and left water puddled under the cabinets, clearly it had been like that for a while. The in -room microwave and stove were quite weak. The thing that was really inconvenient was that all sound traveled through the walls. I could hear the neighbors on all sides sneeze. Bring ear plugs and sleep mask. Pros: the shared kitchen was essential and clean. Shared laundry was also very useful. Bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. Water pressure good. It's in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance (a few miles) to everything I needed and grocery stores nearby.

We had a great stay! The listing was accurate and the place had everything we needed for our quick weekend stay. I was a little weary before our stay of the shared spaces but we didn't hear any other guests in the building. Check-in was super easy. I would gladly stay here again!

Really enjoyed the stay, convenient location, friendly staff.

The room was small, but very clean. The check in process has to be completed beforehand and has quite a bit of steps so be sure to complete it ahead of time! This was great for a one night stay, which is what we were looking for. It was also a great spot for a lot of places to eat.
